AWAY HQ is a private, internal business dashboard built for AWAY FL LLC. It is not a public product, has no public sign-up, and is not offered to or used by the general public — it is used only by the AWAY FL LLC team to run day-to-day operations for the brand (production costs, inventory, orders, content planning, and similar).

What data this app handles

AWAY HQ stores the business data its operator enters directly: notes, calendar events, tasks, sample and production records, inventory, order records, images used for content and marketing, and related business information. This data is stored in a private database (Supabase) that only the authenticated account holder can access.

Third-party integrations

AWAY HQ can optionally connect to a small number of third-party services the operator chooses to use:

  • Shopify — reads the operator's own store orders using a token the operator generates and controls.
  • Pinterest — with the operator's explicit connection and approval, posts images the operator selects to the operator's own Pinterest boards, and reads basic account/board information needed to do so.
  • Shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) — looks up tracking status for shipment numbers the operator enters.

Access tokens and credentials for these integrations are stored server-side and are never exposed to any party other than the account holder. AWAY HQ does not sell, rent, or share any data with advertisers or data brokers, and does not use any of this data for advertising purposes.

What this app does not do

  • It does not collect data from visitors, customers, or the public — there is no public-facing surface to this app.
  • It does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
  • It does not share data with any party beyond the specific third-party service the operator has explicitly connected, and only to the extent needed for that feature to work (e.g. sending an image to Pinterest when the operator clicks "Post").

Data retention and deletion

Data is retained for as long as the operator's account exists. The operator can delete any record directly within the app, and can disconnect any third-party integration (including revoking its access token) at any time from the app's Settings.
